What Pai Gow Poker Actually Is

Pai Gow Poker is a table game that borrows the ranking structure of poker and the two-hand split of the Chinese domino game Pai Gow. You get seven cards from a standard 52-card deck plus one joker. Your job is to arrange those seven cards into two hands. The five-card hand must outrank the two-card hand, or the set is fouled and you lose automatically.
